Made in Dhaka, for everyone learning Bangla.

LearnBangla is made by a Bangla teacher in Dhaka who teaches learners from around the world one to one. The courses grew out of those lessons: the questions students actually ask, the sounds they mix up, and the moments they want to be ready for.

Speaking first, script when you're ready

Every word is romanised, with the Bangla script underneath. Precise spelling, which marks every sound, is in Settings.

Culture in every lesson

Each lesson ends with a short story from Bangladesh: festivals, food, history and the people behind them.

Original lessons

Grammar follows the order of well-known textbooks, but every scene, dialogue and exercise is written for LearnBangla.
